The new site will utilize flash to allow Customers to navigate easily to learn more about the world’s most popular lines of explosives velocity of detonation recorders, data recorders and high speed video cameras and associated motion analysis software for the mining, blasting and explosives industries. Customer support will continue to be effectively delivered and managed through MREL’s Customer Support Portal.

The Blasting Instrumentation Department is pleased to announce that it will be unveiling its latest high speed camera on MREL’s new Blasting Instrumentation website on February 5th and in the flesh at the ISEE Conference on February 7th. The BlastCam™ High Speed Camera has superior light sensitivity, faster recording speeds and a different form factor than the reigning blasting industry’s favourite camera, MREL’s Blaster’s Ranger™ High Speed Camera. Bill Bauer, Vice President of MREL, stated “The BlastCam™ High Speed Camera has light sensitivity and clarity of video have made it the new favourite of MREL’s Engineers. Comments from Customers have been extremely positive and encouraging.
